Role Overview
NXT Group is looking for a proactive and driven Commercial Growth Executive to join its team in Bengaluru. In this hands-on role, you will support inside sales, lead generation, marketplace operations, and digital marketing across multiple international projects. This position is ideal for an energetic professional seeking exposure to global brand building, B2B sales, and marketplace coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourced and qualify potential B2B leads through email campaigns and targeted LinkedIn outreach
- Coordinate online marketing initiatives and trade exhibition presence for European partners
- Support product onboarding, campaign listings, and promotional activities on e-commerce marketplaces
- Conduct market research, track competitors, and compile commercial analysis reports
- Act as a key coordinator between internal business teams, distributors, and external marketing agencies
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in sales support, digital marketing, or e-commerce coordination
- Experience with B2B lead generation, CRM pipelines, and professional email outreach
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial setting
- Strong interest in both B2B and B2C commercial processes

Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, or business development support

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Tech-savvy with comfortable usage of AI tools and productivity software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
