Channel Operations Specialist

Role Overview Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a Channel Operations Specialist to join its team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will support the channel management and operations division. Your primary focus will be SKU enablement, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This position requires exceptional adaptability and project management skills to react to changing market priorities. Key Responsibilities - Manage data entry, consolidations, and maintenance for SKU enablement - Access and pull reporting metrics from channel portals to build monthly dashboards - Track and report on team initiatives, channel goals, and project timelines - Coordinate communication and updates across multi-functional channel teams - Identify process bottlenecks and suggest areas for workflow optimization Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field - Good experience using MS Excel, Word, and virtual collaboration software (Teams, Outlook) - Effective project coordination, listening, and written communication skills - Adaptability to learn new tools, such as SharePoint site administration and GenAI tools - Proven ability to follow verbal and written instructions and deliver high-quality outputs Why Join Us Thermo Fisher Scientific is the world leader in serving science, offering opportunities to work on global challenges.
