Cash Posting Associate / Senior Associate

Role Overview You will be responsible for accurately posting insurance ACH, manual check, and credit card payments into the practice management system. This role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate payment processing while maintaining high standards of reconciliation and customer service in the healthcare revenue cycle. Key Responsibilities - Post insurance and patient payments accurately and on time into practice management systems - Balance and reconcile daily batch totals and maintain comprehensive payment records - Process payments, adjustments, denials, and rejections with precision and accuracy - Research and resolve unapplied and recoupment payments to ensure proper allocation - Identify payer underpayments and report findings to management for further action - Access payer websites to obtain Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and related documentation - Assist with payment-related inquiries and adjustment requests from internal stakeholders - Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in payment posting, medical billing, or revenue cycle management - Knowledge of insurance payments, EOBs, and payment reconciliation processes - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills - Proficiency with practice management systems and Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred Why Join Us WNS Holdings offers a dynamic work environment in the BPO services industry with opportunities for career growth and skill development.
