Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Inside B2C Sales Specialist to join our business development team in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will engage with prospective technology learners, generate high-quality leads, and nurture relationships to drive enrollment in Crio's experiential learning programs. Your daily activities will focus on sales calls, managing pipelines, and providing personalized guidance to help developers transition into successful tech careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students through outbound and inbound calls to explain program values.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while tracking all interactions in the CRM.
- Understand student career goals and provide tailored solutions to address their queries.
- Drive conversions and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation and sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong aptitude for inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Customer-centric attitude with strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
