Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Cloud and AI Sales Executive to join our expanding team at r3 Consultant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling cloud-based or AI-powered solutions and will thrive in a high-energy, target-oriented remote sales environment. Key Responsibilities - Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, targeting a minimum of 100 calls per day - Promote and sell Cloud and AI-based solutions to B2B clients across various industries - Identify new business opportunities and build a strong, consistent sales pipeline - Conduct virtual product presentations and live demonstrations tailored to client needs - Understand client requirements in depth and recommend suitable Cloud or AI solutions - Follow up with prospects regularly and drive deal closures within the defined sales cycle - Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily sales activity reports - Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets Required Qualifications - Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B Cloud or AI sales - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities - Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling on a daily basis - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup - Basic understanding of cloud technologies and AI-based solutions - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is preferred - Candidates based in Karnataka or Tamil Nadu will be given preference Why Join Us r3 Consultant offers a competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives, a 5-day work week, remote work flexibility, and a company-provided laptop.
