Job Description

Role Overview VKS Palate is seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to join our food technology team in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this full-time, on-site role, you will focus on transforming corporate cafeterias and dining experiences by securing new corporate clients. You will manage the sales pipeline, build strong B2B relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customized food tech solutions. Key Responsibilities - Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the corporate dining and food services space. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers. - Develop go-to-market strategies, conduct market research, and analyze sales performance metrics. - Prepare proposals, deliver engaging presentations, and negotiate corporate contracts. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align offerings with client requirements. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. - Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of lead qualification and closing deals. - Comfort working with technology-driven products, ideally in food tech, SaaS, or related sectors. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA is a plus) - Proven experience in B2B sales, prospecting, and account management - Familiarity with food tech, SaaS, or hospitality and corporate catering industries - Strong market research, analytical, and strategy development skills - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills - Willingness to travel within the Greater Bengaluru Area for client meetings
