Job Description

Role Overview Innovative Instruments and Controls (IIC Group) is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead sales growth and uncover new business opportunities in the Industrial Automation, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Systems space. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals who thrive in a technical sales environment and have a proven track record of building strong client pipelines. You will be at the forefront of expanding the company's market presence across key industry verticals. Key Responsibilities - Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across target markets and verticals - Generate qualified leads through field visits, digital outreach, and referral networks - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, OEMs, and EPC contractors - Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents - Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets consistently - Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery - Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with prospective clients - Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and evolving customer needs - Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, E&I, Mechatronics, or a related discipline - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing - Prior exposure to Industrial Automation, PLC, SCADA, VFD, Control Panels, Instrumentation, or Electrical Projects is strongly preferred - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills - Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and business development activities - Proficiency in key account management, CRM tools, and technical proposal preparation Why Join Us IIC Group offers a dynamic work environment with strong career advancement opportunities and a competitive compensation package including performance incentives. Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field - 5 or more years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing - Knowledge of Industrial Automation, PLC, SCADA, VFD, or Control Panels - Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills - Experience in project sales, key account management, and tender handling - Proficiency in CRM tools and technical proposal writing - Willingness to travel for customer visits and business meetings
