Job Description

Role Overview Credence Strategies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join its Finance and Wealth Management team at Porur, Chennai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for expanding the client base by engaging high-net-worth individuals, retail investors, and corporate clients with tailored financial solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience who are looking to grow in a dynamic and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities - Identify, prospect, and engage HNIs, retail investors, and corporate clients to drive business growth - Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable investment and wealth management solutions - Generate leads through networking, direct outreach, and professional platforms such as LinkedIn - Achieve assigned sales targets and AUM growth milestones while maintaining strong client relationships - Monitor market trends, financial product developments, and SEBI regulatory updates to stay informed and compliant Required Qualifications - 1 to 3 years of experience in financial sales, wealth management, or business development - Working knowledge of equity, mutual funds, fixed income instruments, and financial planning concepts - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Tamil and English - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of building long-term client relationships - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration is preferred Why Join Us Credence Strategies offers a competitive salary with attractive performance incentives, structured career growth, and mentorship from experienced professionals in the financial services industry.
