Job Description

Role Overview Design Indian is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing EdTech team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a mid-level professional with a strong background in business development and sales within the education technology space. The ideal candidate will be a proactive go-getter who can hit the ground running from day one. Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base - Engage with potential stakeholders and build long-lasting professional relationships - Conduct thorough market research and analyse trends within the EdTech industry - Generate quality leads and convert them through effective sales pitches and presentations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients - Maintain an up-to-date understanding of educational trends and client needs Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a related sales role - Strong skills in lead generation, relationship building, and sales strategy execution - Proficiency in market research and EdTech industry trend analysis - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a results-driven mindset - Strong organisational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred - Prior experience in the education technology sector is an added advantage Why Join Us Design Indian offers a dynamic work environment where innovation and initiative are highly valued. Requirements
