Role Overview
REVA University is hiring a Business Development Executive for the REVA Academy for Corporate Excellence (RACE) in Bengaluru. You will support the admissions team in driving student enrollments for PG/Masters and certification programs. This role involves sourcing potential candidates, conducting counseling calls, and achieving monthly enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have a background in sales or EdTech.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourced potential candidates through inbound/outbound calls, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Counsel working professionals and corporate leads to recommend suitable tech programs
- Pitch Masters and Short-term Certifications in Data Science, AI, and Cybersecurity
- Manage the entire admissions lifecycle, converting prospective leads to confirmed registrations
- Coordinate classroom/campus walk-ins and maintain records in the CRM database
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably technical) with 1-5 years of sales or customer calling experience
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Familiarity with AI, Data Science, or cybersecurity terminologies
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and proficient in Excel and CRM tools
- Strong presentation and active listening skills

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a technical background
- 1 to 5 years of sales or calling experience (EdTech sales experience is highly preferred)
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of technical domains like Data Science, AI, and Cybersecurity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
