Job Description

Role Overview D Square Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join their Bengaluru team. This is a full-time, work-from-office role requiring 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or account management within the staffing and recruitment domain. The ideal candidate should be ready to join within a week and must be comfortable with client-facing travel. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve growth targets and expand market presence - Generate new leads by identifying and researching prospective clients, industries, and market segments - Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships - Acquire contract and permanent staffing requirements and successfully close open positions - Arrange meetings between client decision-makers and company leadership to align on recruitment needs - Present tailored recruitment solutions to clients through compelling proposals, RFPs, and presentations - Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes - Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the agency's professional network - Collaborate with internal recruitment teams for seamless client onboarding and requirement handover - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics for management reporting Required Qualifications - 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or staffing sales - Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and staffing operations - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets - Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities - Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with the ability to work independently - Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline preferred Why Join Us D Square Consulting Services offers a dynamic work environment where high performers are recognised and rewarded. Requirements

- 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or account management in staffing - Sound knowledge of the recruitment life cycle and staffing industry - Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to build and maintain client relationships at decision-maker level - Analytical mindset with ability to understand and address client needs - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach - Comfortable with client travel and work-from-office environment - MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred
