Business Analyst - Finance (Fresher Chartered Accountant)

Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain the product roadmap for ERP financial modules in alignment with business objectives and evolving market trends - Gather and analyse financial requirements from internal teams, customers, and industry stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications - Ensure financial modules comply with global standards and regulations including IFRS and GAAP throughout the development phase - Lead end-to-end ERP finance module implementation covering requirements gathering, data migration, user training, UAT, and go-live support - Identify and prioritise product enhancements based on customer feedback, compliance requirements, and competitive analysis - Configure and test ERP modules to verify operational accuracy and seamless integration with modules such as procurement, HR, and supply chain - Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to support smooth adoption of ERP functionalities - Stay current on regulatory changes, technological advancements, and finance innovations to provide informed recommendations Required Qualifications - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0 to 1 year of experience - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and ERP systems - Proficiency in SQL queries, financial reporting, and financial analysis - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients individually and as part of a team - Prior exposure to client-facing roles or internships in ERP implementation is a plus - Highly motivated self-starter who can thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment - Willingness to travel internationally as and when required Why Join Us At Ramco Systems, you will work on cutting-edge ERP solutions that serve clients across the globe, gaining unmatched exposure to finance technology at the start of your career.
