Role Overview
Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team in Gurugram. This role is part of Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations practice, focused on delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound voice support. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in shaping the success of Accenture's Engagement Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to complaints, order processing, return requests, and website registration inquiries
- Manage support and service escalations from clients and transfer complex issues to the Tier 2 department as required
- Track, document, and report system issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Stay updated with system changes, product information, and process updates
- Adhere strictly to service level agreements and assigned operational schedules
- Meet and maintain account KPIs consistently
- Assist with process documentation and support any newly introduced processes as officially approved
- Provide multichannel support including customer service, customer contact, and trade marketing activities
Required Qualifications
- Any graduate degree from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound or outbound customer service roles
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer service technology and multimedia support channels

Requirements
- Any graduation from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of inbound and outbound customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle escalations and work under pressure
- Knowledge of customer service technology and multichannel support
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and service level agreement compliance
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
