Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team at the Gurugram Engagement Centre. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, complaint resolution, order and return processing, and general product or service inquiries directed toward trade and marketing teams. You will work within a dynamic multichannel customer operations environment that demands both agility and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions with professionalism and accuracy - Manage support and service escalations and route complex queries to the Tier 2 department as required - Process customer orders, returns, and website registration inquiries efficiently - Track, document, and report system issues in a timely manner - Stay updated on system changes, product information, and process updates on an ongoing basis - Adhere strictly to assigned schedules to maintain coverage during operational hours - Meet and maintain account-specific KPIs and service level agreements - Assist with process documentation and support any newly onboarded client processes within the defined scope of services Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service roles - Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure - Familiarity with multichannel and multimedia customer support environments including customer contact and technical support - Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured workflows Why Join Us Accenture is one of the world's leading professional services firms, operating across more than 120 countries and empowering over 784,000 professionals globally. Requirements
