Role Overview
Accenture Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team at its Gurugram Engagement Centre. This role is suited for professionals with hands-on customer service experience who can manage inbound interactions, resolve escalations, and support trade and marketing teams with efficiency and accuracy. You will be part of a globally respected organisation serving clients across more than 120 countries with cutting-edge digital and operations capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to complaints, order processing, return requests, and website registration queries
- Manage support and service escalations and route complex issues to the Tier 2 department when required
- Track, document, and report system issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Stay updated on product information, system changes, and process updates on an ongoing basis
- Adhere strictly to service level agreements and assigned scheduling to ensure full coverage during hours of operation
- Meet and maintain account KPIs as defined by the client
- Assist with process documentation and support any newly onboarded processes officially included within the service scope
Required Qualifications
- Any graduation degree from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service roles
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with multichannel or multimedia customer support including voice, customer contact, and technical support functions
- Working knowledge of customer service tools and CRM platforms is an added advantage

Requirements
- Any graduation from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience in voice process
- Inbound and outbound call handling experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with service level agreements and KPI-driven environments
- Experience in multichannel or multimedia customer support is preferred
