Job Description

Role Overview Accenture Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team at its Gurugram Engagement Centre. This role is part of the Next Generation Customer Operations function and focuses on delivering excellent customer service through inbound and outbound voice interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for consumers seeking help with complaints, orders, returns, and general product inquiries. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls and assist with complaint resolution, order processing, and return requests - Manage support and service escalations and route complex issues to the Tier 2 department - Track and report system issues in a timely and accurate manner - Stay updated with system changes, product information, and process updates - Adhere strictly to service level agreements and assigned operational schedules - Meet and maintain account-level KPIs on a consistent basis - Assist with process documentation and support new client processes as officially onboarded Required Qualifications - Any graduate from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound or outbound customer service roles - Prior experience handling multichannel or multimedia customer support environments - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions effectively - Familiarity with trade marketing or technical support functions is an added advantage Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised professional services leader operating across 40-plus industries and serving clients in more than 120 countries, offering you an environment where technology and human ingenuity come together. Requirements

- Any graduation from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of customer service experience in voice process - Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound call handling - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of customer service technology and multichannel support - Willingness to comply with assigned schedules and rotational shifts
