Role Overview
Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team at the Gurugram Engagement Centre. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in inbound and outbound customer service who thrive in a fast-paced, multichannel support environment. You will serve as a frontline point of contact for customers, helping resolve complaints, processing orders and returns, and addressing general product and service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to complaints, order processing, return requests, and website registration queries
- Manage and escalate support issues to the Tier 2 department when required
- Track, document, and report system issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Stay updated on system changes, product information, and process updates
- Adhere strictly to assigned schedules and service level agreements
- Meet and maintain account KPIs on a consistent basis
- Assist with process documentation and support new process rollouts as directed by the client
- Provide multichannel support across customer service, customer contact, and trade marketing activities
Required Qualifications
- Any graduate degree from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service roles
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support workflows is an added advantage
- Ability to comply with operational schedules and handle multimedia support channels

Requirements
- Any graduation degree
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
- Inbound and outbound call handling experience
- Ability to manage escalations and transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working under pressure in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of CRM or customer support tools preferred
- Willingness to comply with rotational schedules and account KPIs
