Role Overview OK Play India Limited, a well-established Indian manufacturer of play equipment, child-centric furniture, and outdoor activity infrastructure, is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Fresher to join its on-site team in Bengaluru. This full-time role is an excellent entry point for candidates eager to build a career in institutional and corporate sales within the education and community development space. You will work closely with senior sales professionals and gain hands-on exposure to the complete B2B sales cycle. Key Responsibilities - Identify and qualify potential institutional, corporate, and channel partner leads through outbound calling and research - Schedule and coordinate meetings, client visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups on behalf of the sales team - Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for prospective clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions using CRM tools - Coordinate with internal departments including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth sales processes - Participate in trade shows, field visits, and on-site demos to represent the company and its product portfolio - Continuously develop knowledge of the company's offerings and the education, infrastructure, and community development sectors Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in any discipline; a specialization in Business, Marketing, or Commerce is an added advantage - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to business customers - Basic understanding of B2B sales concepts such as lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-ups - Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Willingness to learn CRM and sales tracking tools - Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and on-site product demonstrations - Good time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously - Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an added benefit - High level of motivation, resilience, and a genuine eagerness to grow in a B2B sales environment Why Join Us OK Play India Limited offers freshers a structured learning environment with mentorship from experienced sales professionals in a reputed manufacturing company with over three decades of industry presence.
