Role Overview Trimont is looking for an Associate of Transactions and Processing to join our specialized global commercial real estate team in Bagalur. In this role, you will review loan documents, prepare payoff quotes, calculate fees and penalties, and support commercial real estate loan servicing. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside major institutional lenders on significant real estate projects. Key Responsibilities - Prepare accurate payoff quotes, involving yield maintenance calculations, discounted cash flows, interest calculations, and escrow disbursements - Review and analyze moderately complex loan servicing documentation, modifications, and credit agreements - Process routine administrative, transactional, and operational tasks for commercial real estate, construction, and problem loans - Reconcile and coordinate all loan advances, payments, and fees with internal record systems and member banks - Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve client inquiries, escalating complex issues according to defined procedures Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline - Two or more years of experience in loan servicing, financial transactions processing, or banking operations - Solid understanding of commercial mortgage servicing, including interest and yield maintenance calculation techniques - Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment - High level of integrity with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and private financial information Why Join Us At Trimont, you will join an innovative firm where visionary professionals learn, grow, and thrive together. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field - 2+ years of experience in commercial loan servicing, banking, or transaction processing - Strong knowledge of loan documentation, modifications, and real estate servicing protocols - Proficiency in yield maintenance, discounted cash flow (DCF), and interest calculations - Certifications in Commercial Mortgage Servicing are highly desirable - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement - Exceptional organizational skills with a strong work ethic and focus on deadlines
