Associate Process Manager – Senior Manual Tester (Web & Mobile)

Role Overview eClerx is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Associate Process Manager specialising in manual quality assurance to strengthen its IT services division. Key Responsibilities The selected professional will be responsible for thoroughly analysing business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and relevant test data. They will conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across web and mobile platforms, ensuring complete end-to-end workflow validation. The role involves identifying, logging, and tracking software defects using industry-standard bug-tracking tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps. Close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and project managers will be essential to deliver high-quality software aligned with business timelines and release cycles. The candidate will also contribute to ongoing improvements in testing processes and documentation, and support the automation team by identifying automation-ready test cases and assisting with test script validation. Required Qualifications Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline and bring over five years of hands-on manual testing experience in web and mobile applications. A strong grasp of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential. Familiarity with SQL for backend data validation and the ability to participate in requirement reviews with constructive QA feedback are also key expectations.
