Associate - Operations

Role Overview Alight Solutions is a leading cloud-based human capital technology and services company that supports over 36 million people with health, wealth, and wellbeing decisions. As an Associate in Operations, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely information to participants while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with team leads to resolve participant issues and contribute to continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities - Understand and actively contribute to meeting client SLAs and performance goals - Maintain internal and client-defined quality scores consistently - Prioritize and manage a high volume of work efficiently within set performance standards - Ensure proper documentation, follow-ups, and adherence to standard operating procedures - Simplify and communicate complex client plans and benefit provisions to support informed decision-making - Identify process delays, quality issues, and recommend actionable solutions - Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely delivery as per standard operating procedures - Take ownership of personal learning and professional development - Apply logical reasoning and critical thinking in day-to-day tasks Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in B.Com, B.A., or BBA (candidates with full-time MBA, MCA, B.Tech, BE, or B.Ed are not eligible) - 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience - Prior experience in FMLA, Leave of Absence, or Healthcare Claim Adjudication is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Willingness and ability to work evening or night shifts as per business needs - Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and Excel - Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail Why Join Us Alight offers a competitive total rewards package along with continuous learning opportunities, a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, and the chance to grow with a globally recognized organization.
