Solutions Delivery Analyst

Role Overview Alight Solutions is looking for a Solutions Delivery Analyst to join its Benefits Operations team in Chennai. This role is central to executing day-to-day benefit administration activities while driving process improvement, standardisation, and quality across client accounts. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional and cross-shore teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes aligned with client SLAs. Key Responsibilities - Execute ongoing operational tasks with full ownership and accountability across one or more client accounts - Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and automate workflows - Resolve participant and plan administration issues accurately and within defined SLA timelines - Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams during daily huddles, status calls, and stakeholder meetings - Create and maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and process guides to ensure standardisation and audit readiness - Support operational transitions between Operations and Shared Services teams - Deliver client-specific operational training and promote knowledge sharing across teams - Perform complex benefit calculations and manual processes requiring strong plan interpretation skills Required Qualifications - Graduate degree (excluding BE, BTech, MCA, or regular MBA) - Experience in US Benefits domain and Benefits Administration - Prior exposure to Health or Retirement domain is preferred - Prior experience with Alight, Aon, or Wipro is an added advantage - Strong proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal team interaction - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for resolving complex benefits issues Why Join Us Alight offers a comprehensive total rewards package, ongoing education and training opportunities, and the chance to grow within a globally expanding organisation that genuinely champions people. - Experience in US Benefits domain and Benefits Administration - Knowledge of client plan provisions, processing guidelines, and SLA metrics - Ability to perform complex benefit calculations and interpret plan rules - Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to document workflows and processes clearly and concisely - Graduate degree excluding BE, BTech, MCA, or regular MBA - Prior experience with Alight, Aon, or Wipro is an added advantage - Health or Retirement domain experience preferred
