Solutions Delivery Analyst

Role Overview Alight Solutions is hiring a Solutions Delivery Analyst to join its Benefits Operations team in Chennai. This role is central to executing high-quality operational tasks in US Benefits Administration, ensuring client SLAs are consistently met while driving process improvements across health, wealth, and retirement domains. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional and cross-shore teams to deliver seamless benefits administration for global clients. Key Responsibilities - Execute day-to-day benefits operations tasks with strong ownership, accuracy, and accountability - Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives - Perform complex benefit calculations, manual processes, and interpret client plan rules accurately - Resolve participant and plan administration issues in line with client SLAs and quality thresholds - Create and maintain SOPs and workflow documentation to support audits and transitions - Collaborate actively with Benefits Operations Managers, client teams, and cross-shore colleagues - Support operational training delivery and contribute to daily huddles and stakeholder discussions - Assist in transitions between Operations and Shared Services teams as required Required Qualifications - Graduate degree (excluding BE, BTech, MCA, or regular MBA) - Experience in US Benefits domain and Benefits Administration - Working knowledge of health or retirement benefit plans preferred - Prior experience with Alight, Aon, or Wipro is an added advantage - Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction - Ability to document processes clearly with a focus on standardisation and compliance - This is a 5-days-a-week work-from-office role Why Join Us Alight offers a comprehensive total rewards package covering health, wellbeing, retirement, paid leave, and continuing education, designed to support the whole person.
