Job Description
Role Overview
As an Associate Customer Support Executive, you will handle post-sales customer inquiries and provide comprehensive support through voice calls. You will assist customers with product-related questions and concerns while delivering exceptional service using available tools and resources. This is a full-time permanent position offering exposure to domestic voice process operations in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely resolution to product-related inquiries
- Assist customers with post-sales support and product information via telephonic communication
- Maintain professional communication standards while addressing customer concerns
- Document customer interactions and follow up on pending issues as per process guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi languages is mandatory
- Minimum High School Pass educational qualification
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience both eligible to apply
