Job Description

Role Overview As an Associate Customer Support Executive, you will handle post-sales customer inquiries and provide comprehensive support through voice calls. You will assist customers with product-related questions and concerns while delivering exceptional service using available tools and resources. This is a full-time permanent position offering exposure to domestic voice process operations in a fast-paced BPO environment.
