Associate Analyst - UK Verification Process (Non-Voice)

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is hiring Associate Analysts for a 3-month contractual engagement supporting a UK-based publishing house on their examination verification process. This is a non-voice, non-technical back-office role based out of Sector 62, Noida, operating Monday through Friday with fixed weekends off. The selected candidates will work directly on the client's examination branch operations and will be on Tech Mahindra payroll throughout the contract duration. Key Responsibilities - Review and correct written examination papers submitted by students to ensure accurate results are recorded - Identify and interpret different handwriting styles to select and validate correct answers from student responses - Compose clear and well-structured written communication including essays with accurate spelling, punctuation, and sentence construction - Coordinate with the UK-based client team whenever required to resolve queries or provide updates on verification tasks - Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while processing large volumes of exam-related documents within set timelines Required Qualifications - Minimum 12th Grade or Intermediate pass certificate is mandatory for this role - Strong written communication skills in English, including correct grammar, spelling, and sentence formation - Ability to read and distinguish various handwriting styles accurately - Must be available for an in-person interview at the Noida office - Candidates should be comfortable working in a work-from-office setup on the given shift timings Why Join Us This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain professional experience with a globally recognised IT and BPO leader like Tech Mahindra while working on an international client process.
