Role Overview Tech Mahindra is hiring Associate Analysts for a 3-month contractual role supporting a UK-based publishing house. This is a non-voice, non-technical back-office position based out of Sector 62, Noida, with fixed weekend offs and two-way cab transport provided within a 30 km radius. The role involves working closely with a UK examination team to ensure students receive accurate results on their written assessments. Key Responsibilities - Review and evaluate handwritten exam papers submitted by students, accurately identifying and interpreting different handwriting styles - Correct written examination papers and ensure students receive precise and fair results - Communicate with the UK-based client team when required to address queries or escalations - Write clear, well-structured content with accurate spelling, punctuation, and grammar as part of the assessment process Required Qualifications - Minimum qualification of 12th Grade or Intermediate with a valid certificate - Strong written and verbal English communication skills for coordination with the UK team - Ability to attend an in-person interview at the Noida office - Good handwriting recognition ability and strong command over essay writing and sentence formation Why Join Us This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain corporate exposure working with a globally recognized company like Tech Mahindra on an international client process. Requirements
