Job Description

Role Overview Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bangalore is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager in Food and Beverage Sales to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the F&B department. This role is aligned with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring that employee, guest, and owner expectations are consistently met. As an F&B Sales specialist, you will play a key role in maximising revenue through strategic and profitable sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Support the F&B department in achieving operational efficiency and adhering to brand guidelines - Act as a dedicated sales specialist to drive F&B revenue in line with set targets - Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities to maximise profitability - Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and clients to encourage repeat business - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of F&B sales strategies - Prepare and maintain sales reports and administrative documentation Required Qualifications - Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field preferred - Minimum 2 years of work experience in an F&B Sales Manager or Sales Executive role - Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively within a team and independently - Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities Why Join Us Joining Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bangalore means becoming part of a globally respected hospitality brand that values growth, integrity, and exceptional guest experiences. Requirements
