Role Overview Publicis Production is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Artworker to join our dynamic design team in Bengaluru. You will design and lay out high-quality digital and print marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and newsletters. Working collaboratively, you will ensure all designs strictly align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels. Key Responsibilities - Create layouts and prepare digital and print files for production, ensuring they meet technical specifications. - Collaborate with creative directors and team members to understand project goals and design requirements. - Maintain a consistent visual identity by adhering to established client brand guidelines. - Stay updated with design trends, software updates, and best practices in print and digital media. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines. Required Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a DTP Designer, Artworker, or in a similar production design role. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and print production processes. - High attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English.
