AR Caller Trainee

Role Overview Vee Healthtek Private Limited is actively hiring fresher candidates for the role of AR Caller Trainee at its Mohali office. This is an excellent opportunity for any graduate, including 2026 pass-outs, to build a career in US healthcare medical billing. You will be working in a structured night shift environment and handling accounts receivable calling for a leading US healthcare process. Key Responsibilities - Perform AR calling for US-based healthcare clients as part of the medical billing department - Follow up with insurance companies and payers to resolve outstanding claims and denials - Maintain accurate records of calls and claim statuses in the billing system - Coordinate with team leads to ensure timely resolution of pending accounts - Meet daily calling targets and quality benchmarks set by the organisation Required Qualifications - Any graduate can apply, including candidates appearing for or completing their final semester in 2026 without backlogs or standing arrears - Excellent English communication, oral fluency, and active listening skills are mandatory - Prior experience of 0 to 1 year in domestic or international BPO will be an added advantage - Candidates with an international voice process background will be given high priority - Must be willing to work in a US night shift and adapt to the organisation culture Why Join Us Vee Healthtek offers a competitive salary along with additional performance-based incentives, a complimentary cab facility for pickup and drop within a 20 km radius, and a dedicated night shift allowance.
