Accounts Receivable Caller Trainee

Role Overview Vee Healthtek Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join its growing US Healthcare Accounts Receivable team in Bengaluru. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who want to build a career in the international BPO and healthcare revenue cycle management space. Selected candidates will be trained and placed as AR Caller Trainees handling US-based healthcare processes during night shift hours. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies and patients to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable - Handle AR calling for the US healthcare process and resolve claim-related queries efficiently - Communicate clearly and professionally with international clients over voice calls - Document call outcomes and update records accurately in the system - Meet daily and weekly calling targets while maintaining quality standards Required Qualifications - Any graduate can apply, including 2025 pass-out candidates who have completed their final semester exams with no active backlogs or arrears - Excellent English oral communication and listening skills are mandatory - Willingness to work in the US night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM - Candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in domestic or international BPO are also welcome to apply - Prior experience in an international voice process will be given high priority - Good analytical and presentation skills are an added advantage - Flexible and adaptable to organisational culture and work demands Why Join Us Vee Healthtek offers a structured training environment, performance-based incentives, and practical exposure to the fast-growing US healthcare process industry.
