AR Caller - Senior Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist

Role Overview Firstsource Solutions, a globally recognized Business Process Management company serving Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 clients, is hiring a Senior Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist to join their Healthcare Receivables Management team in Hyderabad. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments from aging medical insurance claims by managing the complete accounts receivable cycle. You will work closely with a team of operations professionals and report directly to the Team Leader of Operations. Key Responsibilities - Submit complete insurance claims with all required forms and supporting attachments - Investigate denied claims and initiate written appeals to secure timely payment - Review and validate patient information, insurance benefits, and billing accuracy - Research account details to identify and attach necessary supporting documentation for each claim - Document all actions thoroughly in the CUBS system and other relevant platforms - Draft written correspondence and appeals to clients and insurance payers as required - Ensure all billed claims maintain accuracy and integrity at all times - Meet assigned productivity goals and performance targets set by management - Maintain confidentiality of all patient and account information in compliance with regulations - Support the Corporate Compliance Program and assist with additional projects as assigned - Build and maintain professional working relationships with state and federal agencies - Resolve accounts in a timely manner while keeping workspace organized and efficient Required Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required - Graduate degree in B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, B.Pharma, or any relevant stream is preferred - 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in insurance billing or AR calling in the US Healthcare domain - Working knowledge of insurance payers, denial management, and revenue cycle management - Proficiency in PC operations with a typing speed of 30 to 40 words per minute - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment - Self-motivated and capable of delivering results with minimal supervision Why Join Us Firstsource is a trusted partner to over 100 leading global brands with a strong presence across the US, UK, Philippines, India, and Mexico, offering excellent career growth opportunities in the healthcare BPM space.
