Key Responsibilities As an AR Caller or Senior AR Caller at Vee Healthtek, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies and payers to follow up on outstanding medical claims. You will investigate and resolve claim denials by identifying root causes and initiating the appropriate appeals or corrections. Maintaining accurate records of claim statuses, payer responses, and follow-up actions will be a core part of your daily workflow. Senior AR Callers will additionally be expected to mentor junior team members and handle escalated or complex denial cases. Required Qualifications Candidates should hold a PUC qualification or any undergraduate degree. Prior hands-on experience in AR calling, denial management, and revenue cycle management within the US healthcare domain is essential. A working knowledge of medical billing terminology, insurance payer guidelines, and claim adjudication processes is required. 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in AR Calling and Denials Management Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management processes within the US healthcare domain Strong understanding of denial handling, claim follow-up, and insurance payer communication Familiarity with accounts receivable workflows and medical billing terminology Minimum qualification of PUC or any undergraduate degree Ability to work night shifts in a full-time, permanent capacity Good verbal communication skills for interacting with insurance representatives
