AR Caller - International Voice Process

Role Overview R1 RCM is actively hiring AR Callers for its International Voice Process team based out of Gurugram. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with prior AR calling experience who are comfortable working night shifts from the office. The role involves direct interaction with insurance companies and patients to support claims processing and revenue cycle management. Key Responsibilities - Handle international voice process calls with insurance companies and patients on a daily basis - Follow up on pending claims, denials, and accounts receivable to ensure timely resolution - Manage denial handling, appeals, and AR follow-ups in line with US healthcare processes - Communicate via calls and emails with clients to resolve queries and expedite claim settlements - Maintain accurate records of interactions and update status of each account accordingly - Work from office in night shift timings as per US time zone requirements Required Qualifications - Freshers must be non-technical graduates with a pass-out year of 2023 or later (B.Tech and B.E graduates are not eligible) - Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 12 months of AR calling experience in a similar role - Comfortable with voice-based calling and written communication via email - Willingness to work night shifts from the Gurugram office location - Basic understanding of US healthcare, revenue cycle management, or accounts receivable is an added advantage Why Join Us R1 RCM offers a structured work environment with strong employee benefits including transportation, 24x7 medical support, Mediclaim and life insurance, and dedicated focus on workplace safety especially for women.
