AR Caller - Denial Management and Revenue Cycle Management

We are hiring AR Callers with hands-on experience in denial management and claims follow-up to join our growing team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities - Follow up with insurance payers to check on the current status of submitted claims - Identify the root cause of claim denials and take appropriate steps to resolve them efficiently - Prevent claims from being written off by ensuring timely and accurate follow-up actions - Work on billing scrubbers and make necessary edits to ensure clean claim submissions - Handle contractual adjustments and contribute to write-off reduction projects - Maintain strong cash collection and resolution rates within defined performance benchmarks - Apply effective calling skills, probing techniques, and a solid understanding of denial categories Required Qualifications - Minimum 6 months to a maximum of 1.6 years of experience in AR calling with a focus on denial management - Good spoken and written English communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with team members, peers, and senior staff - Graduates from any stream are eligible; BE and BTech candidates must have at least 1 year of RCM industry experience to be considered - Willingness to work the night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM Why Join Us R1 RCM offers a respectful and inclusive workplace culture with strong employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and competitive compensation. - 6 months to 1.6 years of AR calling and denial management experience - Knowledge of billing scrubbers and claim editing processes - Understanding of contractual adjustments and write-off procedures - Strong English communication and probing skills - Good cash collection and resolution rate track record - Comfortable working night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM) - Any graduate eligible; BE/BTech candidates need 1+ year RCM experience
