Role Overview This is an International Voice Process role where you will handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients in the healthcare billing sector. You will be responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining high quality customer interactions, and ensuring all calls are properly documented. The position requires night shift availability and excellent English communication skills.
