AR Analyst and AR Caller

Role Overview Global Healthcare Billing Partners is looking for experienced AR Analysts and AR Callers to join their Revenue Cycle Management team at their Vepery, Chennai office. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in US healthcare billing, denial management, and insurance follow-up processes. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with 15 open positions available. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze unpaid or denied medical claims to identify errors and discrepancies - Follow up with insurance companies to obtain claim status and payment updates - Identify denial reasons and work on corrections before resubmitting claims - Resubmit corrected claims and ensure timely processing to maximize revenue recovery - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the billing management system - Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status verification and denial clarification - Follow up on pending and aging claims on a regular basis to close outstanding dues - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members when required - Update call notes and claim details in the system after every interaction - Work on aging reports to prioritize and close old or long-pending claims Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognized university - 1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling or AR Analysis within the US healthcare domain - Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, denial management, and medical billing - Familiarity with healthcare BPO processes and US insurance guidelines - Good communication skills for interacting with insurance companies and internal teams Why Join Us Global Healthcare Billing Partners offers a structured and growth-oriented environment within the US healthcare RCM space.
