AR Billing Senior Executive

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced AR Billing Senior Executive to join our Finance team. This role focuses on managing accounts receivable functions with emphasis on billing, cash applications, and dispute resolution. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, cash processing, and maintaining healthy client relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and process client invoices and fees with accuracy and attention to detail - Process cash applications and manage unallocated cash entries - Resolve billing disputes by raising queries to sites and customers - Upload journal entries and maintain financial records - Track client invoices and manage payment collections - Perform month-end close activities and reconciliation - Prepare, maintain, and submit aging reports and periodic financial reporting - Maintain communication with customers via email and other channels regarding billing matters Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance - 4 to 8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable functions with billing knowledge - Strong understanding of billing processes and exception handling - Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks - Good time management and organizational skills - Understanding of confidentiality requirements in financial operations Why Join Us EXL is a leading IT services and consulting company offering growth opportunities and a professional work environment.
