Job Description
Role Overview
As an Application Support Engineer at Accenture, you will serve as a software detective identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. You will collaborate with multiple teams to troubleshoot technical challenges, ensure seamless operation of essential applications, and contribute to overall business process efficiency while delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the Saviynt Identity Platform and related systems
- Collaborate with multiple teams and manage team performance while taking responsibility for key team decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple departments
- Monitor system performance proactively, address potential issues, and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience with Saviynt Identity Platform
- Strong proficiency in identity governance, administration, and access management concepts
- Experience with role-based access control and cloud-based identity solutions and integrations
- Bachelor of Technology or Engineering degree in any specialization with 15 years of full-time education
