Animator - 2D and Motion Graphics

Role Overview Goldmine Advertising is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Animator to join its creative team in Chennai. This is a fantastic opportunity for entry-level candidates who have a strong foundation in 2D animation and motion graphics and are eager to work on real brand projects including explainer videos, product launch films, and event content. Key Responsibilities - Create 2D animations for explainer videos, brand launch films, and event-related content - Animate characters, icons, illustrations, text elements, and UI components - Assist senior animators in executing storyboards and following visual directions - Maintain consistency in animation style, timing, and brand guidelines across all deliverables - Incorporate feedback and implement revisions in a timely and efficient manner - Prepare and organise animation files for final output and team handover - Coordinate effectively with designers, video editors, and content teams Required Qualifications - Strong understanding of 2D animation principles and fundamentals - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for animation and motion graphics - Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Good understanding of motion graphics and typography animation techniques - Ability to follow storyboards and reference videos accurately - Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills Why Join Us At Goldmine Advertising, you will gain hands-on exposure to live brand projects and grow alongside a skilled creative team. - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects - Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Strong grasp of 2D animation principles - Understanding of motion graphics and typography animation - Ability to follow storyboards and reference videos - Good attention to detail and time management - Basic character rigging knowledge is a plus - Familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage - Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for basic editing is a plus
