Role Overview GreedyGame is hiring an experienced Android Engineer to build and scale high-performance consumer apps across its Incent App and House of Apps portfolio. This role goes beyond screen development and directly impacts revenue, user retention, and trust through reliable reward flows, seamless ad integrations, and fast offer discovery experiences. You will be at the core of building app experiences that drive real business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop Android applications for Incent Apps, Offerwall-led products, and the broader House of Apps portfolio - Build user-facing flows covering offer discovery, task completion, reward unlocks, wallet updates, referral tracking, and engagement loops - Integrate and optimise ad monetization SDKs including rewarded ads, interstitials, native placements, banners, and offerwall formats - Implement accurate app-side event tracking for user actions, offer completions, ad impressions, reward triggers, and funnel drop-offs - Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and Growth teams to ship stable Android features from business requirements - Debug and resolve issues impacting business metrics such as broken reward flows, incorrect event tracking, crashes, ANRs, and low-end device performance - Improve app performance including launch time, screen load speed, offline handling, memory usage, and crash-free session rates - Manage Android releases covering internal testing, QA builds, Play Store rollouts, staged releases, versioning, and hotfixes - Integrate backend APIs for campaign listing, user eligibility, reward status, transaction history, and fraud validation - Maintain clean, modular, and scalable Android codebases using modern architecture patterns Required Qualifications - 2 to 3 years of hands-on Android development experience using Kotlin - Strong working knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, MVVM architecture, Coroutines, Room DB, REST APIs, and Gradle - At least 2 years of experience building consumer-facing Android apps with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience - Solid debugging skills covering crashes, ANRs, memory leaks, API failures, and device-specific issues - Good understanding of app lifecycle, background tasks, push notifications, deep links, local storage, and app state management - Comfortable working in fast release cycles with frequent experiments, product iterations, and production fixes - Preferred experience with reward apps, cashback platforms, gaming apps, fintech consumer apps, or offerwall products - Preferred familiarity with ad monetization SDKs such as AdMob, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, ironSource, or similar - Knowledge of event tracking and attribution tools like Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, or Branch is a strong plus - Experience optimising apps for low-end Android devices and poor network conditions is an advantage Why Join Us At GreedyGame, your work directly shapes how millions of users discover offers, earn rewards, and engage with apps across a growing portfolio of consumer products.
