Role Overview
Stripe is a leading financial infrastructure platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide, from global enterprises to high-growth startups. As an Administrative Coordinator based in Bengaluru, you will play a key role in supporting senior leaders with their daily administrative and operational needs, helping the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and proactive calendar coordination for multiple leaders simultaneously
- Provide thoughtful recommendations on time management, task prioritization, delegation, and overall organisation
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements including logistics and itineraries
- Prepare and submit accurate expense reports on behalf of assigned leaders
- Anticipate the needs of leadership and respond proactively before issues arise
- Handle sensitive information and situations with discretion and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or executive support experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and remain flexible in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to perform well under pressure or ambiguity
- Experience with Google Workspace is preferred
- Prior experience managing complex calendars and international travel bookings is an advantage
- Familiarity with expense reporting processes is a plus

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English

- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive and resourceful approach to anticipating leadership needs
- Experience with Google Workspace preferred
- Prior calendar management and travel coordination experience preferred
