Accounts Payable Executive

Role Overview Exotel is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance and accounting department in Bengaluru. You will oversee payment transactions, manage ERP postings, and handle employee expenses while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and tax guidelines. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end accounts payable processes, including automatic payment runs, manual payments, and bank postings. - Ensure correct posting and tax treatment on invoices and payments while adhering to strict turnaround times and KPIs. - Manage vendor relationships, including vendor creation, account reconciliation, and query resolution. - Uphold proper archival policies by scanning, storing, and organizing all accounts payable documentation and contracts. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment. - Professional experience using ERP tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
