Work From Home Trainer - Pharmacovigilance

Role Overview Impact HR & KM Solutions is looking for an experienced Pharmacovigilance Trainer to join their team in a fully remote capacity. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on pharmacovigilance concepts and practices to learners across the industry. Key Responsibilities - Conduct online training sessions on core pharmacovigilance topics including adverse drug reaction monitoring, signal detection, and risk management - Train participants on data collection, management, and processing of adverse event reports from healthcare providers and patients - Educate learners on regulatory reporting requirements such as PSURs and ICH E2 guidelines - Guide students through risk-benefit analysis methodologies and the development of Risk Management Plans - Deliver content on safety monitoring practices including drug profile evaluation and error prevention - Facilitate sessions on stakeholder communication with doctors, patients, regulatory agencies, and pharmaceutical companies - Cover both active and passive pharmacovigilance approaches in training curriculum - Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure knowledge retention Required Qualifications - Prior experience in pharmacovigilance roles such as Drug Safety Associate, Medical Writer, Safety Assessor, or PV Manager - Strong understanding of clinical trials and post-market surveillance processes - Familiarity with regulatory bodies and global drug safety reporting standards - Excellent communication and presentation skills suited for online training delivery - Ability to simplify complex pharmacovigilance concepts for diverse learner groups - Experience in training or teaching in a professional or academic setting is preferred Why Join Us Impact HR & KM Solutions offers a flexible work-from-home environment where your pharmacovigilance expertise can create a meaningful impact on the next generation of drug safety professionals.
