VP - Strategy (2-6 years)

Role Overview HungerBox is seeking an agile and highly motivated VP of Strategy to join the Founder's Office in Bengaluru. In this critical leadership role, you will drive high-impact special projects, manage board and investor relations, and lead the annual business planning process. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to execute inorganic growth initiatives, performance improvements, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support high-impact special projects for the Founder and CEO, including new business initiatives and operational improvement programs - Manage all aspects of investor communications, prepare quarterly business updates, and coordinate board meetings and AGMs - Lead the Annual Business Planning process, collaborating with finance and business heads to develop long-range financial forecasts - Drive corporate development initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, deal evaluation, and transaction execution - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities and prepare high-quality executive presentations Required Qualifications - MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a reputed institution - Two to six years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking - Strong financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex relationships - High ownership mindset with the agility to perform in a fast-paced startup environment Why Join Us At HungerBox, you will have a front-row seat to building a high-growth business and working directly with the executive leadership team. - MBA from a top-tier business school or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification - 2 to 6 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, Deal Advisory, or Top-tier Consulting - Advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation, and business case development - Exceptional presentation and slide-writing skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic narratives - Experience in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, or corporate development is highly preferred - Prior entrepreneurial experience or a background in startup scaling is a major advantage
