Collaborate with team leads and managers to continuously improve customer satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months and up to 3 years of hands-on experience in an international voice process role. Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or near-neutral accent are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working the US shift and must be available to join immediately. Prior exposure to domains such as healthcare BPO, AR calling, or US sales will be an added advantage.
