Role Overview Alldigi Tech Limited, a leading name in the BPM and BPO space, is actively seeking enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join its growing US Voice Process team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in international voice operations who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound voice interactions with US-based customers while maintaining high service quality standards. Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring first-call resolution wherever possible. Adhere to US shift timings and comply with all process guidelines and performance metrics. Collaborate with team leads and managers to continuously improve customer satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months and up to 3 years of hands-on experience in an international voice process role. Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or near-neutral accent are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working the US shift and must be available to join immediately. Prior exposure to domains such as healthcare BPO, AR calling, or US sales will be an added advantage.
