Telesales Assistant Manager

Role Overview Marketsof1 Analytical Marketing Services (M1) is a data-driven marketing solutions company with a leadership team carrying over 80 combined years of experience across banking, insurance, retail, telecom, e-commerce, and FMCG sectors. As Telesales Assistant Manager, you will play a central role in driving telesales performance at our Coimbatore office, managing a team of telesales representatives and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position suited for a results-oriented sales professional with strong team leadership and analytical capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and guide telesales representatives to consistently meet and exceed performance targets - Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to scripts, processes, and compliance standards - Analyze call metrics, sales reports, and customer data to identify trends and implement improvement strategies - Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members - Support onboarding and training of new hires, including conducting refresher and skill-building sessions - Collaborate with senior management on campaign planning and execution strategies - Handle escalated customer queries and ensure positive resolution in high-volume environments - Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms and coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign delivery Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales leadership - Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or contact center operations in a target-driven environment - Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse customer segments - Demonstrated team management skills including goal setting, performance monitoring, and constructive feedback - Proficiency in CRM systems, dialing platforms, and productivity tools such as spreadsheets and presentations - Fluency in Malayalam is required - Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and manage shifts as needed Why Join Us At M1, your growth is directly tied to the success of our clients, making every contribution meaningful and impactful.
