Role Overview Linnk Academy India, a premier STEM, Commerce, and Marketing training institution backed by the UK-based Linnk Group, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telecaller to join its growing team in Kochi. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them discover the right learning path and guiding them confidently through the enrollment journey. Key Responsibilities - Reach out to prospective students via calls and systematic follow-ups on leads generated across multiple channels - Clearly explain course offerings, certification programs, training modules, and career advancement opportunities - Understand individual student goals and recommend the most suitable programs accordingly - Counsel students on curriculum details, placement support, and long-term career prospects - Nurture leads through consistent follow-up until successful enrollment is achieved - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions in the CRM system - Coordinate with admissions, training, and placement teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students - Address student queries promptly and provide reliable support throughout the admission process Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam - Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and counseling capabilities - Basic familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace - Ability to handle objections effectively and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions - Prior experience in telecalling, educational counseling, admissions, customer support, or sales is a plus but not mandatory - Freshers with outstanding communication skills are encouraged to apply Why Join Us At Linnk Academy India, you will be part of a collaborative, supportive work culture that values your growth as much as student success, with access to professional development programs and performance-linked incentives.
