Telecaller

Role Overview Enfros India, a leading EPC service provider in the solar energy sector with over 16 years of combined leadership experience and 2000 MW of successfully executed projects across India, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecallers to join its growing team. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates who are confident communicators and eager to contribute to a company driving sustainable energy transformation nationwide. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role with 3 open vacancies. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls professionally and courteously - Explain company products and services clearly to prospective and existing customers - Address customer queries and resolve concerns in a timely and effective manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions - Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships - Achieve daily and monthly calling targets consistently - Coordinate with internal departments whenever required to resolve customer issues Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply - Good verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills - Strong language fluency in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is an added advantage - Basic computer proficiency and ability to handle data entry tasks - Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus Why Join Us Enfros India offers a dynamic work environment rooted in innovation and operational excellence within the renewable energy industry.
