Tele Caller

Role Overview SMART Training Resources India Private Limited is a fast-growing skill development and placement training organisation dedicated to helping students and early-career professionals achieve career readiness. We are actively seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Callers to join our Chennai team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience to build a rewarding career in telemarketing and recruitment support. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective students, clients, and institutions to promote training programs and services - Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team through effective telephonic communication - Follow up with existing and potential customers to maintain engagement and convert inquiries into enrolments - Maintain accurate call logs, customer databases, and daily calling reports to meet assigned targets - Source and screen candidates through job portals and databases in support of the recruitment team - Contact applicants, explain job roles and requirements, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers - Maintain updated candidate trackers and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring pipeline Required Qualifications - Any graduate or diploma holder; final-year students with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer proficiency - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with the ability to work under targets - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced calling environment - Prior experience in telemarketing, customer support, or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory - Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage; ability to communicate in Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada is a bonus Why Join Us At SMART Training Resources, you will work in a friendly, growth-oriented environment where your performance is recognised and rewarded with incentives and clear career advancement opportunities.
