Role Overview HCLTech is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Kubernetes support team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will monitor application health using monitoring tools and troubleshoot technical tickets related to container orchestration. Key Responsibilities - Monitor application health using Zabbix, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, and OpenSearch. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical tickets related to Kubernetes and container orchestration. - Conduct root cause analysis for critical faults using Linux command-line utilities. - Implement preventive measures and best practices to enhance system reliability. - Assist team members in diagnosing complex deployment and routing issues. - Support operations by communicating prompt notifications about system upgrades and maintenance. Required Qualifications - Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and DevOps methodologies. - Good understanding and working experience with Linux operating systems. - Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS and tools like Docker. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset. - Relevant certifications such as CKA or ITIL are highly valued.
